Train with Suzy — Personal Training

The trainer will use their skills and knowledge to design a safe programme of exercise that will account for the client's personal goals, fitness levels and exercise likes and dislikes.

The trainer will provide the coaching, supervision, advice and support that the client may need to help achieve their goals. The client's progress will be regularly monitored and the training revised and adjusted accordingly.

The trainer will provide all necessary equipment and will organise appropriate venues for all training sessions.

All client information is kept strictly private and confidential. If the trainer requires further medical information from a practitioner, the client must provide such details.

It is understood between client and trainer that both will fully commit to the programme and give 100% effort. The client is requested to arrive 5 minutes prior to a training session so that a full session can be achieved on each visit.

1. Health screening

• All clients must complete a PAR-Q before commencing any exercise programme.
• Your training may require a letter of medical clearance from your GP. Please be aware that your GP may charge for this.
• If the client attends a personal training session but, in the opinion of the trainer, the client is deemed unfit to train, the trainer has the right and responsibility to re-schedule the session.

2. Cancellation policy

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice before the session time, or a 100% cancellation fee applies. This can be waived at the trainer's discretion.

3. Lateness policy

• If the client is late for a session, the session will not be extended and will end at the appointed time.
• If the trainer is late, additional time will be added to the session or to subsequent sessions.

4. Fee charging policy

• Payment of single bookings must be made in full at the end of each session. Failure to complete payment in full will result in no further sessions until the outstanding balance is paid.
• Block bookings must be paid for in advance at the time of the initial consultation, but sessions do not have to be booked in advance.
• Subsequent block bookings must be paid for in advance, at the time of repeat booking.
• Cheques should be made payable to 'Suzy Newson'.
• All monies paid are non-refundable.
