Who we are

This website, trainwithsuzy.com, is operated by Suzy Newson, trading as Train with Suzy, a personal training service based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. If you have any questions about this policy or your personal data, contact suzy@trainwithsuzy.com or call 07825 167411.

What information we collect

The only personal information collected through this website is what you choose to send using the contact form: your name, email address, telephone number (optional), and the contents of your message.

This website does not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies, or social media pixels, and it does not set any cookies for browsing the site.

How your information is used

Information you submit through the contact form is used solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry;
• Arrange your free consultation, if you have requested one.

Your details are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

How your information is delivered and stored

When you submit the contact form, your message is delivered to Suzy's email inbox using Resend, an email delivery service, and this website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. These providers process your message data only for the purpose of delivering it. Once received, your enquiry is retained in email for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any subsequent training relationship, after which it is deleted.

Client information

If you become a client, additional information (such as health questionnaires and consultation notes) is collected on paper or by email, not through this website. All client information is kept strictly private and confidential, as set out in the terms and conditions.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data held about you;
• Ask for inaccurate data to be corrected;
• Ask for your personal data to be erased;
• Object to or restrict the processing of your data.
