Free Consultation

We start with a free, no-obligation chat, up to 45 minutes. We talk goals, fitness history, lifestyle and health, take measurements if you'd like, and you get a tour of the private gym.

Your Plan is Built

I design a completely bespoke programme around your body, your goals and your diary. Nothing off the shelf, a safe, effective plan created specifically for your current level of fitness.

You Train & Evolve

Every session lasts a full hour. I change your programme frequently so your body keeps guessing, keeps adapting, and keeps producing the results you're longing for.

It all starts with
a conversation.

An initial consultation is vital, it makes sure I have the correct information to build a safe and effective training programme for you. We learn your goals, history and current health to create a bespoke plan. This includes:

  • Body measurements
  • Blood pressure
  • Body fat percentage
  • Lifestyle and fitness background
  • Your personal goals, and how we'll reach them

You choose 1-2-1 support, or 1-2-2 with your other half or a friend. All sessions are one hour.

This is women's personal fitness done properly. Whatever your specific level, from first-timers to fitness fanatics, body type, or however hectic your schedule: you may arrive harassed, but you will leave with a feeling of well-being.

Whatever your level, your hour is entirely yours. Private, focused and built around what your body needs that day.

To stop your body getting used to the same exercises, I change your plan frequently, so it keeps working hard for you.

Fully equipped, a women-only gym environment during your session, and nothing like a commercial gym. Take a look inside.

Managing your time and stress levels can be tricky, I know, as I have a family with twin daughters! I work around your diary.

Cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility, every session starts with a warm-up and ends with a cool-down and stretch.

Yes, at Train with Suzy everybody pays for 10 sessions in a block up front. This ensures a commitment on both sides, so we stay consistent with all sessions and achieve your goals. Sessions don't have to be booked in advance.

A personal training session lasts one hour. It starts with a short warm-up, followed by your own bespoke training programme focusing on your goals using cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility. At the end there's a cool-down and stretch.

This depends on your goal and will be directed by your personal trainer, we'll agree the right frequency at your free consultation.
